Baumann take the Refractory Machine PC20 attend the Internaional Metallurgical Industry Expo

Baumann take our advanced refractory machine "Allentown PC20" attend the 13th China International Metallurgical Industry Expo.  Metal + Metallurgy China 2012 covered a total display area of 106,000 square with 1,375 exhibitors and 86,440 visitor-trips. 92% overseas companies were satisfied with the visitors¡¯ quantity and quality.
 
This is the first time Baumann attend the Metallurgical Industry Expo. When Allentown PC20 appear on the expo, many customers and refractory materials companies are all very interested in this big machine. They all want to know, what is the machine? Why this machine display on the metallurgical expo? What can the machine do? How to use this machine? ......
 
Allentown PC20 is a shotcrete pumps which can spray refractory materials. Maximum volume output is 13m3/hr and the maximum aggregate size is about 25mm. As we all know the furnace is always keep on the high temperature, with the time past the inside coat will be damage and fall off. So the workers will regular repaired the inside coat. The traditional working repair method both waste time and the repair quality is not good. For the workers are very hard to do the repairing working. And now if you use the PC 20 to do the repair, your working will be very easy, just put the mixed refractory materials into the hopper and connect the hose, open the spray gun the repair working start. Use the machine spraying it can reach everywhere of the furnace.
